This is because Kelly's offense is pretty basic. It isn't reliant on the QB like most pro offenses so there is a lot of smoke and mirrors.

Meh, still not convinced he is a horrible coach.

I am absolutely positive he is an insanely bad GM.

At some point teams are going to have to figure out that the vast majority of time when you give a coach personnel responsibilities it fails. Heck it was probably Reid's undoing in Philly before Chip, his drafts were terrible.
