I think if we can get Thomas to agree to a sizable bonus paired with the sort of "prove you can stay healthy" deal we gave to Sean Lee several years back then it will work.

People point to his injuries but he had two broken legs. This isn't a guy who can't get past soft tissue injuries - it was a couple of freak plays.
