"All players that don't sign with Dallas suck, are overrated, or a cancer" - Cowboyszone

How long before someone starts saying Heath is better or just as good as Earl Thomas?
Got home not long ago and was already expecting to hear news of him signing somewhere else. The spin some fans put on these things to justify it afterwards is very amusing.

Anything other newsworthy events today or is it just the ET business being settled?

To his last locker room. Don’t understand why everyone wanted spend soon to be much needed cap room on a 30 year old declining, injured, cancerous player. If he pulled that stunt last year in Dallas instead of Seattle, think how much of a distraction it would be with the news coverage We get.

On a separate note I’d rather give the money to renew B. Jones if he starts off this upcoming year at the same level as last year.
Makes sense

Said none of his former teammates.
This always happens. We miss a player or a player leaves and here come the attacks
Happened with ware. He only got sacks when they didn’t matter I read
Bottom line is ET is a great safety and we could have benefited from having him
One can argue at his age or injury history that the money was too much
That’s a legit argument
His teammates loved him and he performed at an elite level so the cancer stuff is silly
Was he a cancer when they went to the SB
