Very sub-par QB play. Pitt just gifted Cleveland a first down with a personal foul penalty, before the penalty Cleveland was backed inside their 5. They are in Pitt territory.

He is good about ball security but comes at the expense of not making a lot of big plays typically. But he has legs and can do just enough to win with a great defense.

Brown's should have that I think. I'd imagine that is the reasoning not going with Mayfield just yet
