I think the new rule sucks. Before long they'll fear hamstring tears and stop allowing kickers to kickoff. Then they'll implement playground rules and everyone will just start on the 20. Like now, only with out the actual kickoff. :laugh2:

I think just about every kicker is able to get touchbacks now. This is going to make the return game very boring to watch....

Unless they change up the strategy or something, its going to be touchback after touchback.

I agree. Unless he can add some hang time and land the ball within the <5 yard line, he is expendable. He's nothing special now unless he improves his technique and starts making FGs.
