You guys need to back off Garrett!

He may not be the best in the win/loss column, but his players love having him as their coach! It's not about whether or not they win. They're winners because they have fun.

And isn't that what it's about?
Actually, no it isn't what it is all about. The Cowboys are first and foremost a business enterprise. While it is nice and even commendable to have fun, what is all about is bottom line performance.

Now, if I completely missed your post as veiled sarcasm, then I am truly sorry.

He’s talking about operational and support staff more than position coaches. And that’s probably a pretty fair assessment. At least, it seems reasonable that that group could be tired of the same voice in the locker room.
Your boy isnt even ron Rivera. Guaramtee he wont get a job that quick. Mr sought after good coach can take his trash to college

Sniff, sniff, daddy Jerry they was mean to me and stuff like that and and

He has to go....he's a cancer within the entire organization.

Your little caption says it all: You can't fix stupid. Maybe a tattoo will help you remember it better.

While I'm all for canning by Garrett, I'd take another 2 years of him as the HC if it meant that fans like you were flushed away.

'He's a cancer'? So dumb......

That seems to be the pattern that is emerging. A players coach, a motivational speaker, but not a football strategist. Nor a coach that can hold players accountable. But he can train you on 6 different ways to give the media a non answer.

So Jerry spins this as the staff undermined Garrett and therefore Garrett is getting re-signed and given a new staff.

Garrett is a fraud..

He was never an NFL coach. The guy coached in Miami as a QB coach for two years and did zilch. That if all his experience amounted too.

The guy has been riding the nepotism train his whole career. His brother and he even got their roster spots here because daddy Jim was a scout.

Garrett being some respected guy throughout the league is a myth. He’s like any other sorry coach whose career owes itself to connections. How many retread coaches are in the league that get jobs based on ‘coaching tree’.

Awww, they were tired of Garrett. Well too freaking bad, go move your families now and find new jobs if you can. All of them a bunch of losers obviously, say hello to unemployment fellas!

I bet you were one of those that said Wade should have been fired because ‘he lost the team’.

Derek Eagleton is shill #2 after Mickey.

Hence my 5th and final demand to Jerry as an incoming HC for this team:

1. Jerry Jones will have a no-contact order with the locker room.

2. Jerry will not field any questions about a player’s status, coaching decisions or any matter that is typically handled by the Coach.

3. Spaulding Jones is not allowed in the War Room during the draft. Heck, Charlotte and Jerry Jr. have no role in the draft process, so they can also take a hike. Time to get serious. Family fun time is OVER!

4. Jerry will install blinds of some sort to block out the sun at AT&T stadium. So dumb. Also, close down some of the stores in there. This Mall-like atmosphere is a joke. Once again, time to get serious. Do you want to revive the football culture in Dallas? Then friggin act like you care more about the product on the field than the $$ off the field.

5. Demand that Mickey Spagnola gets frog-marched out of the Star the minute I walk through the doors. Tell Derek Eagleton he’s got 5 minutes to fit everything in a cardboard box (not supplied) and hit the bricks before he’s also “escorted out”. No more free lunches for these deadbeat shills. This franchise needs objective coverage/feedback. The days of coddling are OVER!
