Heard Romo camp wants around 40 of it guaranteed, Cowboys wanting 30.

I tend to be on Romo's side, he's got a lot of leverage - his representation has a lot of leverage and the Cowboys have signed much less valuable guys to a lot more than they're worth, no sense in trying to pinch pennies with a franchise QB that's broken a bone 4 outta 6 years, never had a top 5 defense or a running game.
