Now we just need Matt to go out & lead us to a win to solidify the Bills meltdown.

Not even kidding. I live in the heart of Bills country. If Cassel gets a W today molten verbal lava will spill out of mouths of many a Bills fan around here. It will be epic.

Don't know about QB situation. But I do know that the NFL should be embarrassed. Yahoo should be embarrassed. And Europe should tell Roger and the NFL that they don't want the NFL over there. What an ugly performance by everyone involved. The entire internet only game was displayed horribly. I've seen better productions on youtube.

??????

Wasnt an internet only game - was on two TV stations in my area.

But in defense (which is not often), that RB would have cost $8 mil this year.

$8 million is worth paying for if it gets you to the Superbowl. Heck, we gave a contract to Ty Crawford that is worth more than that - and what has he done lately to justify it?

Letting Murray go with no viable replacement was dumb. Especially, when your one of those teams that made it into the playoffs because of the running game with Murray.

How does Romo figure into this? He has had terrific stats and QB ratings.

The issue with Murray is that the stats just supported the decision and were in line with what experts said based on game film which was that he was an average RB at best. The stats also just added to the fact that he only had 1 season where he played 16 games and that was his contract season.

Murray's stats as a running back is almost 5 yards per. carry. Even when he didn't have this oline he was still able to sustain a high yards per. carry average.

So they let Murray go and basically did not replacement him. Then they switched to a RBBC which none of our runningbacks can't even break the 100 yard mark. Frankly, the FO was dumb to mess with what was working. Now our season is on the cusp of going down the drain and its all because we decided to mess with the one thing that got us into the playoffs in the first place.

I'm sure most won't agree but I'd like to see dallas aquire ej. Let him set 2 or so years behind romo and start him.

You guys are really tripping and letting your tempers talk. Cassel gives us a much better chance than anything we would have done with Weeden. This was Cassel's 1st game in a new offense that he most likely only has 70% down. He will improve and your cooler heads will eventually prevail.

McFadden with 152 today. Rushing not the problem.

As I argued with someone here this morning, they needed to be conservative throwing the ball because turnovers would kill any chance of winning.

Answer is pretty clear after watching Cassel self destruct today. And I'm one of those who wants him in there over Weeden
