...for second most losses as a starting QB.

Vinnie Testaverde--123
Brett Favre----112
Eli Manning---111

Like wins, losses are not a QB stat.

Eli is and always has been mediocre. He has a high ceiling in small samples because of his talent, but that is all.

All of his good (career) stats are purely from volume.

Well said.

When compared against his peers, average at best.

When Staubach retired after the 79 season, he had the highest career QB rating of all time at 83.4.

He managed to get a couple super bowl wins mixed in there.

I know this will be unpopular, but I never liked Favre and was glad he was never a Cowboy. Even though Romo reminded me of him on several occasions, just not as reckless.

I remember seeing a stat one day that Favre never came back from being down 14 points. He eventually did it, but not with the Packers. Tony Romo did it in his first start.

He will pass him this year.
And you're leaving out the most important qualifier. Eli did it in a significantly lesser number of games played than Favre. Not sure on Vinnie but probably with him as well.
SHE-LIE, one of the most overrated players to EVER play imho.
