    This is a great situation for us. One last big win for manning vs the eagles.

    Has Danny Dimes been that bad? I haven't watched that many Giants games, but besides the fumbles, he's competent enough, no? Or are they just starting them because they are officially out of the playoffs and have nothing to lose and they're giving Eli his final games?

    Yes at least Eli won't fumble the ball under pressure. Quick release, so that helps. Cuts down on the turnovers. Actually gives NY a better chance at a win IMO.

    I can see Eli on MNF against an old rival might have extra juice to win but I worry about rust.. Is SB playing, I cant remember anyone mention this name in while..

    we need all the help we can get and that mean not having teams tank against the Eagles for sure..

    Playing Eli may increase the possibility of beating the Eagles and the Cowboys winning the division.

    But that doesn't make the Cowboys a better team.

    Some might assume that Eli being in means an easier win for the Eagles. At the same time the Eagles aren't playing well enough just to assume that the rest of their schedule will be automatic wins. Much like how they learned against the Dolphins. The Eagles for sure aren't playing well enough this season just to show up and believe they will win.

    Eli is rusty and the Eagles are going to come out pissed after the Miami upset. I'll do cartwheels if the Giants win, but I don't see that as likely.
