Maybe Drew should change his last name to Favre. Then we'd get a fair vote.

I'm not saying Drew should've won, personally I think the numbers and record show that Hasselbeck is the choice......

He's a Manning, I expect him to lead the vote for years to come.

Hasselbeck, Bledsoe and Brunell all have better ratings and comparable stats although Brunell trails the pack in yardage.

Why is anybody shocked at this? It is a POPULARITY vote. Always has been.

Eli Manning, according to NFL.com led the fan votes for NFC QB....what a joke...

I don't find it at all surprising. Despite INTs, when you lead your team to a great record, a likely division title, and throw more TDs than anyone in your conference while engineering a few 4th quarter wins like the drive against us that took them to overtime, you're going to get more consideration for the ProBowl than a guy like Bledsoe who is good when his OL gives him time, sorry when they don't, and your team melts down at the end of the season after once being 7-3 and misses the playoffs.

Eli Manning is going to be a star in this league, but then again, some of you guys thought Quincy Carter was better than McNabb...so I don't know why this surprises me.

After the coaches and players vote, Eli Manning will be in Hawaii...Bledsoe will be at home....bank it.

Exactly right. There never has been a doubt in my mind despite the myriad threads about it. I don't believe he's done enough to push Vick or Hasselback out of the coaches and players minds and you knew Eli would win the popular vote with the fans. Or at least I did. If he goes it will be as an alternate.

The Pro Bowl is a joke anyway. Why anyone cares passionately about it is beyond me.

I don't get that either. The one thing to care about doesn't come down to votes(it does in college) and that is the Superbowl.

Couldn't agree more.

To me the Pro Bowl is not worth it at all. Look at Robert Edwards. Granted he was not hurt in the actual game but we all know those injuries do happen in games. It was so meaningless.

If we ever had a player blow a knee out in the Pro Bowl I think I'd probably lose it.

The all pro lists mean more to me than the pro bowl.

Does anybody actually watch that crap?

Gives us another reason to get drunk at Aloha Stadium. Plus, we can gamble on the 60 point over, and play numbers. It's actually a not a bad game because you can cheer for players and not give a crap about teams. I like the tailgating personally.

Nicely said, at least we have a knowledgeable fan. Eli has got us back into 4-5 games this year, 1 win in OT one win last second against Denver. We have only been blown out once and eli played great that game against SD. We lost 2 games in OT by 3 pts 1 should of never happened.

Eli is leading in TDs, Passing yards and a 10-4 record in his first full season. Yet Drew and Brunell deserve to go? R u kidding me? Check yourself out please. Matt deserves it no doubt. But other then him no one. I can see Matt, Eli and Jake.
