He should be here in the United States working on his legal case with his attorneys.

Why? What can he really do to help his legal team? These guys are fluent in the legal process and already have their plan of defense in place. There is nothing for Elliott to actually do until the hearing on December 1st. And if his legal team does need him there is Skype, Facetime and many other forms of instant communication that can be used to contact him.

Don't like this. Should keep his head down and be a gym rat over the next 6 weeks, not going on vacation.

I hope this isnt an attempt to live the high life out of the eye of the US media or NFL security department. If he's D&D in France "do you know who I am" will not have the same impact as with Dallas area cops.

He’s not going on vacation he’s leaving to train. He doesn’t want to read or hear about his false accusations or suspension. It’s a smart move

Go to Europe...la ti da. I'd get a mountain retreat with a gifted trainer, and get it out while training.

If your job told you to go away for six weeks and that you would not be paid over that time, would you be eager to train as hard as you could for when they finally decide that you can come back and earn a living again? It’s not the same thing obviously but I don’t begrudge him wanting to get away from it all. I would be like Shaq: I’ll get back in shape on “company time”. So the fact that he is still training means he’s doing a lot more than I would be.

You see, there are these things called phones, so that his lawyers can contact him no matter where he is.

They are amazing creations.

Does anyone know if suspended players are allowed to buy tickets and sit in the stands of NFL games?

If so it would be nice to see Zeke sitting in the front row of every game we play with a shirt that says “innocent”or “railroaded” etc.
the cameras would be all over that.
He could pass about 30 of them out to the fans in his row.

Yeah, that'd be the best thing for him. Great idea!

Good for him. Go clear your head and get away from this corrupt league and come back fresh and not have to worry about this dictator Goodell controlling your life. Keep up with the Dallas scores at the end of every weekend but other than that, don't worry about football at all.
