When it comes to locker room chemistry I find it very hard to believe Greg Ellis is worth keeping when we have all this talk about how TO needs to go. I've been in the military for 20 years and have led many of men and women of different backgrounds. When you have individuals coming together for a common goal, chemistry does matter. Ellis always whining about playing time and wanting to be part of another team does wear on his teamates. TO is TO, he was a cancer in SF, Philly and now Dallas. I was against his signing in the first place. IMHO we would be better off as a "team" with both these players gone.
1) Spencer can provide what we will miss with Ellis.
2) If we run the dam ball more, our offense would be better balanced and we won't miss TO. Williams, Witten, Austin, Crayton, Bennett can make up the difference.
