End of Kershaw?

With recent news of Kershaw taking time off from throwing. Might be the end of Kershaw being the ace. Buehler was great last yr, and with the Dodgers back in on the Bryce Harper talks could the Dodgers be back in on the Kluber trade talks? Cleveland wanted Bellinger as the focal point of a trade, but LA didnt want to go that route. But something is wrong with Kershaw, could this be something where Dodger sign Harper to replace Bellinger?

This would be a monumental offseason for the dodgers if they can get that done. Harper, Kluber, Pollack and Martin in one off season.

lol yeah. I think the team took a step back and look at Kershaws recent health issues when he came out and said he was taking time off because he didnt like what he was seeing and feeling with his throwing.

todays pitchers are not as durable as pitchers of yesteryear. The Dodgers have rode that arm of Kershaw's for a long time. He may not be the one of the top pitchers when he comes back but he will be better than 90% and really that is all you need.

He has missed alot of time in each of the last 3 yrs. It would be smart for them to make that Harper signing and give in to Clevelands demands for Kluber. Not only to get 2 elite players in baseball but to take the burden off of Kershaw to carry the pitching staff.
