Look - I love Tony Romo, what he's done to this point AND what he can possibly do in the future but McNabb has to be #1. He's a proven perrenial Pro Bowl performer and his team's offense is virtually guaranteed to be high-powered when he is healthy.
After that it's pretty simple - Romo followed by Eli Manning. Manning to this point hasn't proven anything over 2 years but inconsistent play.
Campbell cant possibly be ranked(good or bad) after 1 game.
Are you serious? Are we rating QBs based upon past achievements or based upon what they can do if you put them in the game today and said go get it? We did the "past achievements" thing with Bledsoe to start this season and we all know how that turned out.
If we're rating on past achievements for QBs still in the game I would go this way.
1. McNabb
2. Bledsoe
3. Garcia
4. Romo
I believe the poll was
"best qbs in the game today". Mcnabb hasn't shown me much without TO around to throw to. Sure, he can run and does more with less where it pertains to those 2nd rate WRs in Philly. However, at the end of the day, would you rather have Romo or McNabb at the helm? That should be an easy answer.
