I did wonder when they threw to WR Street who can barely run with a bad ankle, why that was not Escobar at WR instead of Street.

Escobar was good in the very limited opportunities in the passing game last year.

He was wide open on that play in the Atlanta game where Weed threw deep to a double covered T. Williams.
Street has a bad ankle and has not been productive or reliable. Yet they keep him on the field and leave Escobar on the bench. Now either they are not smart enough to figure out formations and plays to do this or something else is going on.

Lol, how can you tell the strength or softness of a player from his body language again? I forget.

I wasn't referring to his strength. More of his finesse style of play. I'd be more than glad to eat crow if he ever turns out to be a dominant player.

When Weeden is at QB, or any backup QB for that matter, the 2nd TE will not be a factor in the passing game.
