IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys defensive end Anthony Spencer was not on the field during the portion of Friday’s practice that was open to the media. Spencer, who is battling a sore knee that kept him out of the season opener and limited in Week 2 at Kansas City, was limited in Thursday’s practice and did not take part in Wednesday’s practice. George Selvie will start Sunday against the St. Louis Rams. Wide receiver Dez Bryant (back) was taking part in practice and went through red-zone routes on air.
