I don't agree with this. He has good burst going upfield. His technique in knocking away the hands and footwork out of a 3 point stance in't there though The timing is off and OT can recover before he can dip past. And he chased down and tackled Russell Wilson in a short area which is no mean feat.
Now he at times has looked slow but that inconsistency is not unusual from a guy post op like that. This isn't a structural issue like a ligament. His knee was never torqued out of alignment and reconstructed. He had a chunk of cartilage missing behind his knee cap and it was causing his knee to swell.
If he cannot convert to RDE then I don't see the point in retaining him at anything more than a few mil. His best position is SOLB in a 3-4. He is really really good at stacking blockers out of a 2 point stance. The lower drive of 3 point stance is still a work in progress.
