IRVING, Texas -- Even though it wasn't called as a penalty during the game, Dallas Cowboys safety Barry Church was fined $16,537 for a horse-collar tackle of Washington Commanders wide receiver DeSean Jackson. Church brought Jackson down by the Cowboys' sideline after a 16-yard gain in the third quarter. Jackson limped off the field after the reception. Four plays later, linebacker Bruce Carter intercepted Robert Griffin III at the Dallas 5. Safety Jeff Heath was not fined for a facemask penalty in which the helmet of tight end Jordan Reed came off.
