IRVING, Texas – Considering what Brian Waters meant to the Dallas Cowboys’ offensive line, the team would have been more than happy to pay the veteran guard another $1.5 million in incentives. With Waters now on injured reserve with a triceps injury, the Cowboys will not have to pay Waters incentive money he would have earned and for a team that will be pinching pennies in 2014, that’s about the only positive that can be taken from Waters’ injury.
