IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys suffered another defection with cornerback Sterling Moore signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This was not a surprise. When the Cowboys decided not to tender Moore a deal as a restricted free agent, they showed they were ready to move on.
