With all due respect to their analysis they forgot one very important part the number 1 overall pick, Goff. Even though not in the same division I believe Wentz, and maybe even Prescott will be compared to him considering where he was drafted.

I remember during the draft I thought Wentz was the best quarterback followed by Goff. Wentz was bigger, faster, and smarter but Goff had a more accomplished record but I just didn't like his little legs. He reminded me of and often injured Sam Bradford.

Wentz has 60 more completions than Dak but only 339 yds, that’s 5.65 yds a completion.

If you like the hand waving and loud yelling to dink and dunk it 2 yds, I agree he’s the better QB.

The only flaw in the article was that it failed to mention how having an elite D can also help a QB. Philly has one, Dallas doesn't.

Both kids are terrific young QBs, though. Maybe Wentz ends up being slightly better, but Dallas has their franchise QB for the next decade (as long as he doesn't get hurt), so I'm not complaining.

It is close-- unless you are into confirmation bias and throw out virtually every stat and have a clear agenda one way or the other. But-- carry on.

Not arguing that Dak doesn’t have a great supporting cast. But I would take the eagles receivers over he cowboys. This season.

Dallas has the better OL and running back though.

It’s close overall IMO.
