Well if this doesn't prove what a total idiot Jerry Jones really is, I don't know what does. Here we have a coach in Shanahan who could get Tony Romo to take it the next level, get past that choking thing and get the best he can out of Romo, yet the village idiot Jerry Jones wants to flush another season down the toilet with Wade and let Romo further fall from what he can be instead of getting the coach who would be best for not only Romo, but the team. Each time I could not think Jones is a bigger idiot than he already is, he continues to set new standards for what an idiot really is.

I agree.

Romo's talent is obvious, but the total lack of accountability on this team (and within the entire organization), has infected the quarterback.

Romo has become a microcosm of the team's problems ... questionable preparation, questionable decision-making on and off the field, general sloppiness on the field, lack of confidence and assertiveness in big games, and the ho-hum shrug after an interception, a fumble or a big loss.

I like Romo but I don't like the direction he's headed. He really needs to be coached and coached hard.

Once there is accountability and solid coaching in place, I think he'll recover and be very good.

But I don't have any confidence in Jerry's ability to fix this ... much less see it.

fire garrett, bring in shanahan as o.c. for 1 year with wade as h.c., then turn it over to shanahan next year.
