IRVING, Texas – Henry Sroka has been with the Dallas Cowboys’ scouting department since 1999. He is one of those quiet, behind-the-scenes workers few know about outside the organization. To the coaches and players, however, Sroka is an important piece to their puzzle. He serves as an advance scout for upcoming opponents and does a lot of the dirty work. After last Sunday's victory over the Houston Texans, coach Jason Garrett made sure to give Sroka a game ball.
