When the 2013 season ended, some fans and media members wanted Dallas Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones to make sweeping changes to the coaching staff. Jones was strong in his commitment to head coach Jason Garrett returning for the last year of his contract. Jones hadn't made a similar stance for coordinators Monte Kiffin (defense) and Bill Callahan (offense).
