IRVING, Texas -- When the Dallas Cowboys return to practice Wednesday, defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence (rib), safety Jeff Heath (thumb) and cornerback Tyler Patmon (knee) are expected to participate. The hope is all three will be available to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. Lawrence was inactive in last week’s win against the Chicago Bears after aggravating the rib injury in practice. He went through a long pre-game warmup and appeared fine, but the coaches decided to sit him.
