IRVING, Texas -- Tight end Gavin Escobar played a grand total of nine snaps in the Dallas Cowboys' season opener. That’s not exactly a great return on investment for a second-round pick in his second season. “Obviously I want to be out there a little bit more,” said Escobar, who had only nine catches for 134 yards as a rookie.
