IRVING, Texas -- When the NFL announced a new personal conduct policy last December after backlash from how it handled the Ray Rice case and other domestic violence cases, commissioner Roger Goodell also named a Conduct Committee that includes Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Charlotte Jones Anderson. The committee is in place to review the policy and recommend changes with the advice from outside experts. On Wednesday, the Cowboys signed Greg Hardy to a one-year deal after he played in just one game in 2014 stemming from an incident last spring involving an ex-girlfriend.
