IRVING, Texas -- When the NFL announced a new personal conduct policy last December after backlash from how it handled the Ray Rice case and other domestic violence cases, commissioner Roger Goodell also named a Conduct Committee that includes Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Charlotte Jones Anderson. The committee is in place to review the policy and recommend changes with the advice from outside experts.
