IRVING, Texas -- Cowboys starting linebacker Bruce Carter (quad) said he won’t play in Sunday’s game at the Seattle Seahawks. Carter, who was limping after spending some time in the ice tub on Tuesday, said his health is improving. “Way better,” Carter said. “The swelling has gone way down. I did some squats (Monday), some light squats, to get my strength back. All in all, it’s a process.” Carter suffered the injury in the Week 4 victory over the New Orleans Saints.Continue reading...
