If the guy was sneaking into the cheerleader's locker-room to take pics then he's a perve, same with the draft day upskirt thing, that is just crazy. Why would they settle the lawsuit if they investigated and found nothing?

But for most regular people, this is life.

Sorry of included already but more detail

Dalrymple allegedly entered the unguarded door, which was reportedly accessible only by keycard (which Dalrymple had). The door led to a nook that was separated from the dressing room by a partial wall. According an attorney's letter obtained by ESPN as well as multiple sources, the women heard the door open and shouted "We're in here!" They reportedly assumed it was a security guard and thought he'd left.

    Via ESPN:

Several minutes later, one of the cheerleaders noticed a man's hand and a black cellphone pointed in their direction, according to several sources. At the time, the women were going "from fully clothed to completely unclothed," a cheerleader later told a Cowboys HR official and the team's general counsel, Jason Cohen. The cheerleader who saw the cellphone was certain the man was lurking and taking photos or video of them, according to multiple sources.

That woman ran toward him, shouting, "Hey, what are you doing?" The cheerleader, a veteran of several years on the team, immediately recognized Dalrymple, who she said dashed away, according to the letter. The other women did not see the man, according to the letter.

According to ESPN, the four cheerleaders immediately reported the incident to a security guard, who wanted to report it to the police, as Dalrymple's alleged actions would be a misdemeanor and a felony if proved. The police were not called, however, and the cheerleaders eventually made it to the luncheon. Afterward they reportedly met with Kelli Finglass, the cheerleaders' director, and all four reportedly wanted the incident to be investigated.

Yeah thats how it works !:D
I read the whole article, and maybe this could lead to jerry being forced to sell the team for covering this up??

Why would the guy have a key card to cheerleaders locker room? why would he go in? there was a mens restroom close by.
What happened to security film for that day??
Why would settlement demand secrecy and no disclosure ?

if this guy really did the charlotte upskirt, and the cheerleader incident, these would not be two random events, he probably did this a lot.

He could use it for blackmailing the Jones family for millions. Im sure there are several naked pictures of Jerry that allowed some of these lame coaches like Garrett to be kept around for many years past their welcome.

The same executive is also accused of taking "upskirt" photos of Jerry's daughter, Charlotte Jones. What's that say about Jerry?!

I'd argue it was his cane with a camera that attached it.

This is the first time I'm aware of that Jerry did declined an interview, ever. That in itself is a damning indication.

Is the Dallas local media pushing this story in any way? Or, are they too scared?

I stay by a university and campus police recently told me...Some female international students forged a letter. Saying another female had a warrant for her arrest for burglary, when in fact she was just squatting. The squatting female believed the letter and the guys in her area knew it. So one guy knows she can't call the cops, walks into her apartment, beats her up, then rapes her.

The only thing about it is she was staying with the very women that forged the letter. So with three other women in the apartment, this guy beats and rapes her. The women could have easily said...the letter is a fake, you don't have to take this. Or they could have easily called the cops. But no, they let this guy rape her. Just because she was attracted to an American. And now she's pregnant for her rapist.

Point is, there are some piss poor people in this world. And they come in all sizes, shapes and colors.

True but with power and riches there are all kinds of nasty behind the scenes that are a regular thing, Jerrah and the bang bus are no exception amongst other things.

Can't win a playoff game but the organization has plenty of time for this.

I could easily see Jerry hiding rich doing something wrong - if he did. I do not think he would look the other way if rich did something to his daughter.
