IRVING, Texas -- Linebacker Korey Toomer will sign with the Dallas Cowboys after he cleared waivers. The Cowboys have to cut a player to make room for Toomer on the roster before the move becomes official. The 6-foot-2, 234-pound Toomer, a fifth-round pick in 2012, was one of the Seattle Seahawks' final cuts. He has yet to play in an NFL regular-season game, getting put on the practice squad in 2012 before going on injured reserve and spending last season on the non-football injury list.
