IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys continue to tweak their coaching staff with Keith O’Quinn becoming the assistant special teams coach and Kyle Valero added as an offensive assistant. O’Quinn replaces Chris Boniol, who held the assistant special teams coach title from 2010-12 and has the same job now with the Oakland Raiders. O’Quinn has spent the last three years as an offensive quality control coach as well as an assistant wide receivers coach.
