MOBILE, Ala. -- Dallas Cowboys officials are working on a long-term contract with kicker Dan Bailey. He is to become a restricted free agent this spring. "I'd say Bailey is restricted, so he's not all (for) practical purposes not going anywhere," Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said Wednesday. "But our goal is to get him signed to a long-term deal. We’re actually in pretty serious talks with him. I'm optimistic with that." Bailey converted 93.
