these next 2 are must win games - we can make the playoffs even winning those 2 and losing to the eagles. I spent like an hour on the predictor last night going through scenarios. The issue is, we can only afford to lose at most the PHI, KC and DET games - all of the rest of the games on our schedule are must wins. This includes a match-up with the Vikings and Chargers which right now looks like a toss up.

Must win games - ARZ, LV, VIKINGS, CHARGERS, WAS, NYG

I am counting on us to lose - PHI, KC and DET

obviously these are just paper wins, we could flip between the 2 but the reality is we need to win 6/9 games to make the playoffs - can we do it?
 
the issue with my above post is we lost to CAR and CHI both NFC opponents - even 1 win between the 2 would have us in a way better position. We have now put even more pressure on the offense and Dak, and all we can hope for is Revel and Overshown are better than practice squad players which equates to 1/2 more stops a game.

These 2 extra possession would be crucial and I know folks are anointing DMO as RLEWIS but he doesn't need to be - just needs to be competent and fix our gap issue in the middle of the field.

I think there’s a decent chance the Cardinals beat us on Monday. Their 5 losses are by a combined 13 points and they have a good defense. I can’t see us finishing better than 6-10-1 if we lose Monday.

Cowboys given a 19% chance to make the playoffs, 6% chance to win the division, and a 2% chance to get to the Super Bowl.

Currently 76% no playoffs
Lose next game, 85% no playoffs
Win next game, 73% no playoffs.

I will go by this over ESPN crap. Though only 6% difference in not making the playoffs.

For the NFC

Win the next 2 games, and a few teams drop 1 or 2 games. This could change quite a bit. Especially if the Eagles lose the next 2 games, which is very possible.
 
The worst thing would be for this team to make the playoffs. Absolutely nothing will be achieved by doing this.

I am very surprised we have not seen a lot of tank threads or posts. Unless I missed them.

Right now we would pick 13th, and have the packers 27th pick. GB though would also depends what they do in the playoffs.
If they are 1 and done, then it will be between 19 and 22.

judging from our past, exactly true
if we make them or just miss them Jethro will justify tweaking things rather than making real change
 
This team needs to pack it in and think for the future. Any moves or decisions made now should be done with the next few years in mind.
