Where are the ones talking about Zeke out injuried but stand up for Wentz......hopefully they went to the Philly forum

Well for starters. One of the arguments made against drafting Elliott at 4 was TBs get injured more than most positions. Low and behold, our 4th pick TB is injured.

Further, the Eagles didn't draft Wentz to play and carry them this year. Their goal is to shelve him for the year. Conversely, we drafted Elliott to be an immediate impact player.

More eagles news....Lane Johnson had accepted his 10 game suspension

He did? The last report I read was that he basically expects the B sample to comeback positive but he will appeal and is blaming the NFLPA for not vetting these supplements better.

Johnson said his only recourse is to wait for his “B” sample to be tested. But he fully expects that to turn up positive as well when the results are known in a few weeks.

Ahhh........... thanks. He sounds like a big baby blaming the NFLPA. Although the NFLPA fired back at him and put him in his place.

I commented in the pregame thread yesterday that I thought he broke his rib/s after a vicious Safety hit. He was in a throwing motion, with his rib cage exposed, when a Safety leveled him. He lay on the ground a few seconds before getting up. I was surprised that he was able to get up and walk off the field.

It feels like the entire first and second round of the draft is hurt and out or nursing injuries.

Yea cause sore hamstring is the same as fractured or broken bones. Not only that Wentz was drafted to be the future and first game action he fractures a bone...which he has a history of getting injuried with broken bones

Keep watching. You seem to cheer for eagles so surprised you haven't heard yet

Im down with dogging him out because hes an eagle of course. But he claims hes used the association supplements ap and it said the supplement was aproved. If true that does suck. But never the less he sounds like a baby cry lol.

Before the draft, I was saying, Wentz simply doesn't know when to go down. He's fragile and seems to want to run like Cam Newton. I just saw the play where he got hit in the legs and did a front flip.

What a moron. I guess the can't chew bubble gum and walk at the same time comments were accurate.

This backs up my thought before the draft that none of the QBs in this draft were worth giving up a kings ransom for. No one predicts injuries but this hurts the Eagles even more than normal because they gave up two #1s, a #2 and a #3.

Do you think the Browns are thinking this improves the #1 pick they get from the Eagles next year? Do you think the Eagles would undo the trade if they could and draft Tunsil?

I would never laugh at any player's injury. However, the following is my reaction to Philthy fans crapping their pants:

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Again, that's aimed at Philthy fans, not at their player. I'm wishing Mr. Wentz a good recovery. And I'm wishing Philthy fans 0 and 16.

If they were being sincere about him never seeing the field this year, then generally it's no big deal. But I would think missing valuable preseason games is a big setback. Next chance to play another competitive game for him will now be in a year.
