OXNARD, Calif. -- The joint practices between the Dallas Cowboys and Oakland Raiders are a Super Bowl of sorts for the Oxnard Police Department. The police presence would be increased regardless of which team came to Oxnard to practice against the Cowboys. But it's especially important with the Raiders coming to town. That's because two of Ventura County's most violent street gangs wear the apparel of the two teams. The Colonia Chiques, the county's largest gang, wear Cowboys gear.
