IRVING, Texas – Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett was not ready to commit to a full-time workload for Brian Waters on Sunday against the St. Louis Rams, but the veteran guard impressed the coach. “He’s a pro,” Garrett said. “He’s played a lot of football in this league. The six Pro Bowls didn’t happen by accident. He’s a good football player. He’s a good athlete. He’s strong. He’s quick, and I think he’s getting himself back into football shape, not only the conditioning part but also just having his feet and hands where they need to be and comfortably and instinctively.
