IRVING, Texas – Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett was not ready to commit to a full-time workload for Brian Waters on Sunday against the St. Louis Rams, but the veteran guard impressed the coach. “He’s a pro,” Garrett said. “He’s played a lot of football in this league.
