IRVING, Texas – Monday’s 45-28 loss to the Chicago Bears was costly for the Dallas Cowboys in the standings, and it was costly to defensive end George Selvie and cornerback Orlando Scandrick in the wallet. According to a source, Selvie was fined $15,750 and Scandrick was fined $21,000 for illegal hits. Selvie was fined for a second-quarter roughing the passer penalty when he hit Bears quarterback Josh McCown below the knee. The 15-yard penalty was added to a 26-yard completion to Alshon Jeffery.
