Why do I get the feeling that no matter our QB woes, we'll be picking a RB?

I have no idea how deep this coming draft class is. As far as QB goes... is there a Russell Wilson type we can grab in the third round or is it Jared Goff or bust? Because I'd love to address a position that could help us immediately in the first round or two like RB or safety.

If we lose these last two games, would should pick no lower than 5.

Watch Garrett botch this up just like he botches up game management.

thats exactly what I was thinking.....Garrett could crash the draft just like he did the season by winning the last 2 meaningless games......from top 5 pick to #11 or worse....

I don't know what you mean by "Russell Wilson" type, but there are some later round types that might work out, like Brandon Doughty, Nate Sudfeld, Brandon Allen or Kevin Hogan.

I get the idea of immediate help, but what safeties "immediately" made an impact, much less any chosen in the top 10? You usually trip over and Ed Reed. Not target them in the top 10.

Ravens, Titans and Chargers I think are set at qb so I don't think they'll get one...although I don't know. I suppose our biggest threats are the Browns and 49ers.

I would really dislike winning any more games this season. I mean, this season would truly be a waste if we some how get knocked out of the top 10

I don't care. I couldn't care less about the draft.

Where do you think the majority of our players come from?

Maybe since you don't watch the draft you might not realize this, but the worst your record is the higher you get to pick. The higher you get to pick, usually the better the player is available. That is why fans are wanting to lose these last couple of games since it could be the difference between picking 5 or picking at 13. Hell of a lot of difference in the caliber of player available.

That would be Garrett giving the fans one last kick to the balls to end the season.

According to NFL.com, we are #5.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000551301/article/2016-nfl-draft-order-and-needs-for-every-team

5. Dallas Cowboys
2015 record: 4-10 (.551)
Top need: Quarterback
Other needs: Running back, defensive tackle, linebacker
Senior prospects at positional needs: QB: Connor Cook (Michigan State), Jacoby Brissett (North Carolina State), Trevone Boykin (TCU), Cody Kessler (USC); RB: Devontae Booker (Utah), Josh Ferguson (Illinois), Aaron Green (TCU); DT: Sheldon Day (Notre Dame), Jarran Reed (Alabama), Adolphus Washington (Ohio State); LB: Jordan Jenkins (Georgia), Reggie Ragland (Alabama), Terrance Smith (Florida State).

Analysis: The Cowboys' offensive line is built for a rushing attack, so the Cowboys might want to go find a bell cow at that spot like they had with DeMarco Murray. Tony Romo's season-ending injury makes finding his heir apparent a much higher priority than it was when the Cowboys entered the season. Dallas did a nice job of building in the trenches on the offensive side of the ball and now they need to turn their attention to the defensive side -- specifically at defensive tackle.

The Ravens still have the Steelers and Bengals so their SOS is going to go up. Not sure if it will got up enough for Dallas to jump them or not.

If I understand correctly, strength of schedule is calculated based on all 16 teams you play even if you haven't played them yet. So those Steelers and Bengals games are still factored in.

No, we do not need to lose the last two games. Why would you say that? We should never want to lose any games, I do not care if we have not won any games up to now, I would not want to lose the last. That is ridiculous to me, a loser mentality does that kind of stuff

I understand your sentiment , I really do but how does winning these last two games help this organization!?

Hopefully we don't take a QB.

Taking a QB, if they are the best player, is no worse than any other position.

Unless of course, you believe that the top draft pick has to play right away.

If that is the case you are basically plugging holes, each and every year.
