IRVING, Texas -- If you were really listening to Jerry Jones during Thursday's news conference, then you got a look at how the Dallas Cowboys really operate. Given Jones' penchant to meander, it is sometimes difficult to follow his path. In talking about being named the NFL's Executive of the Year by the Pro Football Writers of America, Jones opened the door to how the Cowboys conduct their business.
