IRVING, Texas -- Mackenzy Bernadeau has been here before. The Dallas Cowboys guard has started 47 games in his NFL career and might get another one Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Starting left guard Ronald Leary is nursing a pulled groin and his status is uncertain, so that means, coach Jason Garrett may turn to a veteran who played in overtime in last week's loss to Washington when Leary was injured. "It's always exciting to get a chance to play and I don't consider this as me taking Ron's spot," Leary said.

I really like what Leary has done this year, but I'm not too worried. Bernadeau may not be "special" but he's a good quality backup.

When your starting five are the best offensive line in the NFL, ... after you lose two of them, you don't necessarily have the best line any more.

Not good.

These things happen to every NFL team in any given season. It's just up to the "next man" to get the job done.
Bernie should be able to fill in without a hiccup -- the experience is there and he's 100% healthy. We'll be fine.

When your starting five are the best offensive line in the NFL and you have quality backups you still have one of the best lines in the NFL.

Stop worrying.

They are second string, and sit the bench for a reason.

Nobody mentioned worrying.

Just seeing what is there.

They are quality second string. And yeah you are worrying by saying it's not good when that isn't true. Parnell has been filling in for two games now and he's doing fine.

Not good.

Parnell has been a better run blocker than Free and there is minimal difference in their pass blocking.

Starters are starters for a reason. Even quality backups are still less of a player. Just a question of how much.

Ehhh I somewhat but your 3 most gifted linemen are still there. I THINK you can live with putting guys around them. Before this season everyone considered Leary and Doug Free "just guys" anyway. Leary has probably been one of our most consistent linemen.

We still have the 3 1st rounders starting, that makes Parnell and Berny better, but they are still good on their own.

Like I said, nobody mentioned worrying, ... that's your word.

Pretty sure I would know I was worrying before you did anyhow. LOL

After reading this thread, ... I find out, much to my surprise, ... injuries don't impact a team.

Saying not good about our oline is worrying. I don't care if you didn't mention it or not.

Like I said for the third time now, (some are slower than others) .. I never mentioned worrying.

But if we continue to lose more lineman, and I do begin to worry, you will be the first to know.

i'm more concerned about who is behind the line than the line. bernie will be fine, while he is not as good as leary he is still a solid player. my concern is behind center myself
