Still, that's one incident, the guy did get suspended and the argument that it happens all the time is extremely unpersuasive without some actual evidence to back it up.
You very well may think it happens all the time but you're not necessarily correct.

Oh, I remember as a kid we used to act crazy like we were going to beat up the biggest kid in the class. But it's funny how we acted bad when we knew there were others who were there to hold us back and hold the kid back.
No one said sideline blowups between coaches and players are uncommon. But players getting physical with coaches is a rarity. And you can bet that if it occurred frequently, it would get video attention as much as Spreewell's attack on his coach.
It represents a line of authority that shouldn't be crossed. Get mad a your boss, call him a name under your breath. Even shout at him. But putting your hands on him. Uh, no, that doesn't happen often because the first time it happens it's taken care of pretty quickly.
So please, let's stop arguing tangential points (coaches and players always argue) or making excusing for not finding video in this ubiquitous youtube age.
If it happened often, there would be video on it just as nudity happens all the time but it's funny that that somehow seems to make it on youtube even though it's now "no big deal."

Some of you guys know NOTHING about CB play.
All CBs give up plays.
No CB is perfect.
Deion Sanders isn't playing, anymore.
Even Deion wasn't perfect.
He hated going inside on incuts and crossing routes.
Newman has been playing very, very good football. He's locking guys down. Plus, Marshall got away with pass interference.
Some of you just can't see through your biased glasses.
Where were some of you guys after the Carolina game? What happened to Steve Smith? Who iced that game?
It was all crickets.
Where where you guys when Newman took care of Roddy White and jacked him up? Oh, wait Roddy caught two or three balls on him. Check White's line. Newman was on him most of the game.
Newman has played some great games this year.

Cowboys cornerback Terence Newman got into a brief but heated argument with secondary coach Dave Campo on the sideline during the game. Fox cameras caught the confrontation as Campo tried to stop Newman coming off the field after a first quarter series.
Newman, who had only one tackle, appeared to push Campo away.
Newman would not talk after the game, and Campo downplayed it.
"I was trying to stop him from keeping going, and he thought I grabbed him," Campo said. "He just kind of bowed up. We were a little upset. It was between family. No harm, no foul."
