Another person with a tie to the Cowboys’ Super Bowl past also believes the runner matters: Norv Turner. “Obviously there’s some teams with the style it’s not as important, but if you look at Seattle, San Francisco with [Frank] Gore during that three-year stretch, Dallas last year when DeMarco stays healthy the whole time and I think the difference maker in Green Bay was the running back, Eddie Lacy,” Turner said.
