OXNARD, Calif. -- Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett likes to seek out different voices for advice from all kinds of sports. He has met with basketball coaches, like Mike Krzyzewski, Larry Brown and Rick Carlisle. He has met with New York Yankees manager Joe Girardi. He even had a phone conversation with tennis legend Billie Jean King. Edmonton Oilers coach Dallas Eakins reached out to Garrett to see if he could watch a few training camp practices to see how such a big coaching staff works together with hockey staffs growing in number, too.
