IRVING, Texas – One of the results of the Dallas Cowboys becoming more of a running team is the effect it has had on Jason Witten’s receptions. Through three games Witten has 10 catches for 95 yards. It’s not exactly panic time. In 2012 he had just eight catches in the first three games for 76 yards and he finished the year with an NFL record for a tight end with 110 catches. Those Cowboys were not built like these Cowboys, so don’t expect Witten to reach that sort of level in 2014.
