IRVING, Texas -- In a perfect world, the Dallas Cowboys would have the same seven inactives every week and Jason Garrett would have decisions of choice, not of situation. They are close to that this week, however, with linebacker Bruce Carter out with a quadriceps injury, there is some mystery with the final spot as we ponder the 46-man roster for Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans at AT&T Stadium. As we do every week, let’s get the known inactives out of the way: Carter, quarterback Dustin Vaughan and tackle Donald Hawkins.
