News: ESPN: Return of Rams shouldn't affect Cowboys; training-camp plans

I love the fact that the LA Rams are back.

They need to draft DL and create another Fearsome Foursome.

Their new stadium might even challenge JJ's supremacy.

I wasn't impressed with the photos I saw of their stadium design, but that was early on.

Favors repaid: Jerrys catering/marketing company has the contract the Kroenke’s new stadium. This move is a big financial win for Jerry. As if he needs another one.

Doesn't he own 1/3 of Legends?

The Cowboys deal in Oxnard runs out in 2017. So they will split at least the next 2 camps. But the Cowboys like it in SoCal and may very well extend their stay there, with the idea of splitting their camp between Oxnard and Frisco.

Well, that would be dumb for a few reasons. Why build a state-of-the-art practice facility (well a club with a pool that has football practice) if you're not going to use it for TC? Also, as a local and season ticket holder, I think it's almost a slap in the face to NOT have TC here, when we invest the money we do.

Also, just the fact Jerry is building another shrine to himself, that features a lounge, chefs, and a pool at a practice facility, just further proves football is not what matters most to Jerry. I don't care how many times someone says "nobody wants to win more than Jerry". His actions have never led me to believe that.

Can there be a worse place in LA to build a new stadium? Lets see.......it is right off the 405(bad idea) right down the street from LAX(worse idea). My commute will go from 2 hours(20 miles) to 4 hours during this construction probably

Why not build somewhere E of downtown or further up the 101 towards Thousand Oaks?

Nothing dumb at all. I live close to Oxnard. Huge amount of Cowboy fans live West Coast and Mexico. Keeps interest and merchandise sales high. Jerry loves to market the product because deep down he is a salesman first and foremost.
