Dallas Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick is eligible to return from suspension after the NFLPA voted to accept the NFL's revised drug policy, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Orlando Scandrick had been suspended four games for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

A league spokesman told ESPN Senior NFL Analyst Chris Mortensen that "there continue to be significant unresolved issues" with the drug policy. Sources told Mortensen that one such issue is whether players reinstated immediately would be eligible to play Sunday and Monday.

Not enough practice time but still decent news.

You mean like all that practice time Mo and Carr got in the preseason in preparation for the opener? ;)

What do those two individuals have to do with Scandrick who situation is quite different. Yes I get it people think those two are horrible. Yippy!

Resolved or not, Scandrick can afford to get himself to Dallas in case he can travel tomorrow.
