I agree concerning Hamilton. There's a good skillset to be had with him. Claiborne, Carr and Church are no-brainers, imho. Claiborne must continue doing what he has so far in camp, minus the absence and Carr simply needs to earn his fat paycheck.
Moore, Mitchell and Patmon are all fairly exemplary of the youth movement and "next man up" thing. I think Patmon is a temporary fix right now to fill a CB spot for the loss of Scandrick. He'll likely be waived upon his return. (PS, perhaps?)
Obviously I'm thinking it's time for some young blood to get their feet wet in the secondary. With regards to Heath, he might be granted a spot for his ST & tackling ability but his pass coverage troubles me. Would added experience help? Not so sure.
