According to a high-ranking team source, the Cowboys will not make Sam jerseys available in the team's pro shops. The Cowboys have made the arrival of Sam, who is seeking to become the first openly gay athlete to play in the NFL, all about football. Coach Jason Garrett kept his answers only to the field when asked about the historical importance of the team signing Sam and if the team offers the right environment for Sam to succeed.
